What it does
GReminders says it combines automated scheduling, SMS, email and voice reminders, CRM automation and AI notetaking in one platform for financial professionals. Its AI Notetaker joins Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex calls (or records in person through its mobile app) and produces pre-meeting briefs, summaries, action items, transcripts and follow-up emails that sync to CRMs such as Redtail, Wealthbox and Salesforce. It says it supports compliance archiving through Smarsh, Veritas and Global Relay. Its MCP server, listed in the Claude Directory and also set up for ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini, lets an AI assistant check calendars, look up CRM-mapped households and summarize recent client meetings.
